1. Purpose
The purpose of these terms and conditions is to define the cancellation, termination, and non-refund policies applicable to PAAS.SH services and subscriptions.

They apply to all services provided via the PAAS.SH platform, including PaaS, SaaS, hosting, messaging, APIs, cloud services, and related services.

Subscribing to a PAAS.SH service implies full and complete acceptance of these terms and conditions.
2. Nature of services
PAAS.SH services are intangible digital services provided in the form of:

• recurring subscriptions (monthly or annual), and/or

• services activated at the customer's request

Depending on the case, these services require immediate technical activation, the provision of IT resources, and the opening of secure access.
3. Cancellation before service activation
The customer may request cancellation of their subscription only if the service has not yet been activated, i.e. as long as:

• no access to the platform has been provided,

• no instance, environment, or service has been created,

• no technical resources have been allocated.

In this case, the cancellation may be accepted at no cost, except for any administrative costs already incurred.
4. Cancellation after activation
Once a PAAS.SH service is activated, accessible, or usable, cancellation does not entitle the customer to any refund, even partial.

This rule is explained by the nature of the services:

• immediately operational,

• intangible and non-returnable resources made available,

• customized technical configurations.
5. Canceling subscriptions
5.1 Monthly subscriptions
• The customer may request termination at any time

• Termination takes effect at the end of the current monthly period

• No pro rata refunds will be given

5.2 Annual subscriptions
• Annual subscriptions are concluded for a fixed term

• No refunds will be given for early termination

• The service remains active until the end of the paid period.
6. No reimbursement
Unless otherwise provided by law or specific written contractual agreement, no refunds will be made in the following cases:

• service already activated or used,

• early termination of a current subscription,

• total or partial non-use of the service by the customer,

• voluntary termination of the service at the customer's request.
7. Termination procedure
Any request for cancellation or termination must be made:

• via the PAAS.SH customer area, or

• by official email addressed to PAAS.SH support.

The request must include:

• the customer's identity,

• the service or subscription concerned,

• the desired termination date.
8. Liability
PAAS.SH cannot be held liable for the consequences of:

• misuse of services,

• configuration or compatibility issues on the client side,

• service interruption voluntarily requested by the client.
9. Acceptance
By subscribing to a PAAS.SH service or subscription, the customer acknowledges that they have read these cancellation and termination conditions and accept them without reservation.

Send a written, signed request, scanned and emailed to sales@paas.sh
2. Processing time
Processing time
Your cancellation request will be processed within a maximum of 7 business days from receipt.
3. Required information
Your full identity (last name, first name, company if applicable)

The service or subscription concerned
Your account number or customer reference

The desired cancellation date

The reason for cancellation (optional but appreciated)
